I went with the combo FUT and FUE method, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is great at communicating. They walk you through the whole process and warn you about any discomfort. It’s a long operation, but they make sure you get breaks for lunch and the restroom, so no worry about it. The doctor completely understood my need and drew the hairline exactly how I pictured it. It looks natural as my age. Plus, having two nights at a nearby hotel included was a huge convenience. Don't waste time researching other spots. I’ve already done the homework by ask my friend who is the doctor or even use multiple AI to do the deep research, and this is the one.

I live in Sydney Australia and I had been doing research for almost one year as to where I would do my surgery as this was massive decision for me and I can say this place was 5 star on every single aspect! Communication while I was in Australia was made easy as they were extremely efficient in responses, clear and very thorough in answering every question without missing a single point. This level of A grade service was provided until I arrived in Bangkok giving me full confidence I was in good hands. On arrival and meeting the team for the first time, the clinic was top notch, spotless and you could tell this is really top tier Hair Transplant clinic. Upon meeting them, Dr Pasu and his team were extremely friendly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The procedure itself was virtually painless and you can tell how much care and dedication they put in achieving results without rushing any part of the process. My surgery lasted over 12 hours and despite this the team worked tirelessly till the very end! Even after the operation I felt no pain and the next 9 days I was in Bangkok, the recovery was much smoother than I anticipated and I was able to travel the entire city daily with no pain at all. Everyday they did a follow up at the clinic, monitoring my progress, washing my hair and the doctor himself thoroughly inspecting the new hairs. In my final day I received a gift with Hair Products and personal contact for Dr Pasu if I have any concerns. Incredible service from initial contact to surgery day and Post Operation. I hope to update this review with some photos of my fins results in which I have full confidence will turn out fantastic given the dedication the team put in to their work!

My Experience with Hair Transplantation (FUE & FUT Methods) Transferring hair grafts from the back of the scalp to the forehead (I wanted to proceed but ended up not doing it) ——— Today, I went in for a blood test, including checks for HVC and HIV, and had my blood pressure monitored. I also received a special shampoo treatment. Then, the doctor came in to draw the hairline and design the outline for the transplant — determining what would be suitable for my individual case (since it differs from person to person). Next came the step of counting how many hair grafts would be needed, the method (FUE or FUT), and the number for each specific area. After that, the doctor shaved the donor area at the back of my head — and unexpectedly discovered I had vitiligo on the scalp, which had been hidden under my hair and wouldn’t have been visible otherwise. Upon discovering the white patches, the doctor took a biopsy and sent it for lab testing to confirm the condition. The lab results confirmed that I indeed have vitiligo. Because of this, I was unable to proceed with the hair transplant. Deep down, I was disappointed that I couldn’t follow through with what I had planned. However, I feel truly grateful and appreciative of the doctor’s professional judgment and care — prioritizing patient safety and quality of life, rather than focusing solely on business. For anyone currently researching hair transplantation, I would highly recommend DHT Clinic for your consideration.

If you are seriously looking to have a hair transplant, then you should look no further than ' Full Hair By DHT Clinic '. I had my transplant done 2 weeks ago now, and I'm so happy with how things are progressing. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff are all making you feel welcome and at ease, and always with a smile on their faces. They explain in detail what process is best for you and why. During the transplant itself, they are very attentive, making sure that you are OK all the time, and if you need a break, that's not a problem at all. They are just as attentive post surgery when you go for your check-up and hair wash, again always greeting you with their lovely smile and making you feel special. I never had any issue with pain, neither during or post surgery. I had a hair transplant done at this clinic in September 2024. It was a combination of FUT and FUE, and a 4700 graft treatment. This clinic gave me hope after I was disappointed because I couldn't get the results I expected from my hair transplant in Turkey. The surgery lasted two days and late into the night, but Dr. Pasu's team treated me with kindness and care until the end. I have never encountered a place with so much hospitality. Of course, Dr. Pasu's team is also top-notch technically. Although a large number of plants were transplanted, there was little bleeding or swelling, and there was almost no pain. If you go through a Japanese language counter, an interpreter will be on standby, so even those who are having hair transplants overseas and are unsure of their English can feel at ease. Dr. Pasu and nurse Tik will also provide direct answers to your post-surgery needs. I'm looking forward to visiting this clinic one year from now to see the results of my surgery. I am a woman, and I decided to have a hair transplant because I was worried about my forehead being wide. I am very happy that my long-standing problem has been resolved. I am very happy that I chose this clinic. Full marks for technical ability, support, after-sales follow-up, and cleanliness of the clinic. I cannot thank the veteran nursing team enough, including my doctor, Dr. Pass. They were so kind and polite that I felt sorry for them. If you are looking for a clinic in Thailand, please go to Dr. Pass first. If you go, you'll want to order at this clinic! Although I don't speak Thai, he used a translator to explain and converse with me carefully. Hair transplant clinics always have a team of experienced nurses, so you can rest assured in that regard. 10/10 would recommend this clinic for hair transplant. I did 3,500 graft with Dr Pasu and I really love the result. They took consideration of my overall face shape to recommend the desired hairline. Can’t wait to see the new hair growing in months to come ❤️ I also want to give a special shoutout to the team, Tik, Puie, Nud & Fai for making me feel home during my one month stay in Bangkok. I’ve done on the 5th and 6th August Hair Transplant Fue and Fut technique. Dr. Pasu and all the staffs are very kindly and professional, helpful. They take care of you from the beginning. In the pre-operation day they’ve explained me the best solution considering my intentions. During the surgery they’ve been fantastic, having some pauses when I felt pain and also offering me a lunch break. I was very surprised how they were taking care me, it was something faraway from my expectations. In these days after the surgery they’re monitoring the results, giving a daily checkup. Despite the surgical pain, the experience is incredible, I can’t believe that in a clinic you could experience such kindness and professionalism! I had my hair transplant procedure done by Dr Pasu and his group of competent nurses on 24 Jul 24. Dr Pasu provided his most valuable feedback and there is no hard selling. The transplants were well done (commented beautifully done by Dr Kamol as well) and the pre, during and post services were great. Will visit DHT again if there's any further hair transplant required.

I had hair donation 2 days ago(FUT and FUE). What I was afraid of the most was the pain, but I didn't feel any pain at all during the surgery. It seems the most painful part is the injection on eyebrows, but I had no problems with it. I'm a pain sensitive person by the way. It's been 2 days since the surgery, but I don't have any particular pains and am almost back to normal life except that I have to care about the granted parts. The surgery lasted for 16 hours and it was past midnight when finished, but every staff didn't act like tired and was nice to me, which was impressive. In terms of costs, it's much more affordable than in Japan, so you might wanna choose Thailand as a choice. When using GRAB, make sure to choose Kamol Cosmetic Hospital. I ended up being at the wrong place the first time I went there. I'm just gonna wait for my hair to grow. Thank you very much.

So I was recommended to do this hair grafting instead of forehead surgery, and Dr Pasu is exceptionally amazing and not to mention the staff!! They are all genuinely so beautiful and nice you will be made to feel comfortable as much as possible. It took over 12hours for over 3500 grafts, I’m grateful that it wasn’t rushed and it took longer than I thought as the most important thing is the natural outcome. His staff is meticulous with the measurements and appearance,,that I couldn’t be happier and so grateful for the friendly team unit they’ve got going. I would definitely come back here again since I know I will be looked after should i need more done in the future! Also the after care is amazing, my hair gets washed and laser treatment to help with the healing which is a bonus! Thank you so much!!!!! 🙂

I needed my hair transplant because my hairline was receding and wasn't feminine enough. Dr. Pasu and the staff at Full Hair By DHT Clinic are very professional. My fiancée has had a hair transplant for the same reason from one of the best hair transplant doctors in Turkey. The treatment I received from Dr. Pasu was exponentially better. Not just the procedure itself, but how I was taken care of from consultation through to post-op. Although I didn't experience any pain, the team was ready just in case. (The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, and you are provided with medication to make you drowsy, I probably slept for 3/4 of the time.) The staff even performed massage on legs to stop and issues with being on my front or back for so long. On the day off the procedure, I was there for 12 hours, with the extraction of the donor hair taking 4 hours and the implantation of 2269 grafts taking 5 hours. If I needed another transplant (I won't) I wouldn't hesitate in going through Dr. Pasu. I would recommend you do too.

Relaxation techniques and mild sedatives can help minimize pain. Since the surgery takes a long time, most patients fall asleep during the procedure but remain conscious rather than fully sedated.

02How much does the treatment cost?

The price depends on the area requiring transplantation. A larger area requires more hair grafts, increasing the cost accordingly. You can inquire about the pricing at the clinic. Currently, we offer services at a lower rate than Dr. Dhamkerng Pathomvanich, using the same team of nurses and assistants to help reduce costs for those seeking treatment.

03How long is the recovery period?

The day after the surgery, you can resume normal activities. The clinic will schedule a follow-up for hair washing, wound inspection, and post-operative care instructions. Intense exercise that causes excessive sweating should be avoided for one month. If you wish to conceal the transplant area, you can wear a hat or use hair fibers like [Topik]. If you prefer to wear a wig, we recommend using a clip-in wig instead of adhesive, and it can be worn approximately 4-5 days after surgery.

04What are the possible complications?

Hair transplantation is a minor surgical procedure with minimal complications. Even if complications arise, they are usually not severe. Possible issues include swelling, infection, or temporary numbness in the treated area due to minor nerve damage from the scalp incision. However, these symptoms typically resolve within a short period. If any complications occur, you can contact the clinic immediately for assistance.

05Is there a guarantee for the results?

The transplanted hair has a growth success rate of approximately 90%. Patients who undergo hair transplant surgery will definitely experience hair growth, but the density and satisfaction depend on the number of grafts and the area covered. The doctor will provide detailed guidance during the consultation.

05How long does it take to see results?

On average, it takes about 8-10 months to achieve satisfactory results. Initially, the transplanted hair will shed as the follicles enter a resting phase for about 4 months before new growth begins. The hair will then grow at the normal natural rate, meaning it will take around 8-10 months for the hair to blend in and provide aesthetically pleasing results.
